Health Yes Staffing Network is recruiting a Child Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Psychologist for a permanent outpatient opportunity in Southwest Georgia, within convenient reach of Leesburg.
This position offers a meaningful combination of psychological assessment and pediatric therapy. A substantial part of the role involves conducting psychological evaluations, administering and interpreting standardized assessments, and preparing comprehensive written reports. The psychologist will also provide therapy to children and participate in a collaborative behavioral health team.
The organization prefers a generalist comfortably serving children and adults; however, psychologists who want to work exclusively with children are explicitly welcomed. Adult care is not mandatory for the right pediatric-focused candidate.

- Conduct comprehensive psychological and clinical evaluations
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessments
- Integrate clinical findings into clear, timely written reports
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment recommendations
- Communicate findings and recommendations to patients and families
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and other clinical professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Complete required billing forms on the date of service
Weekly responsibilities will be divided between psychological testing, evaluation reports, and therapy according to caseload and organizational needs. The precise testing-versus-therapy allocation has not yet been confirmed. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required, although it is expected to be uncommon.
Qualifications- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited university
- Licensed Psychologist or candidate actively pursuing Georgia licensure
- Approximately two to four years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination
- Experience administering and interpreting psychological assessments
- Ability to prepare thorough psychological reports
- Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and computer skills
- Interest in providing compassionate care to children and families
Base salary is $135,000–$160,000 annually. A sign-on bonus is available. Loan-repayment support may also be available, but eligibility, approval, and award amounts are not guaranteed. Additional benefits and bonus conditions will be reviewed with qualified candidates.
