Administrative​/Sales Associates

Exceptional hospitality begins with thoughtful details. At The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort, we’re looking for an organized, personable Sales Administrative Assistant to help our Sales team create a polished experience for clients and guests.

With renovations and repositioning underway across the resort, dining, events, and golf experiences, this is an exciting opportunity to help introduce clients to the next chapter of a beloved coastal destination.

• Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and client materials.
• Keep sales records, calendars, and account information accurate and organized.
• Support inquiries, timely follow-up, appointments, and site visits.
• Assist with room blocks and details for groups, weddings, meetings, and events.
• Track deadlines, deposits, and outstanding items while coordinating with resort departments.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and gracious hospitality.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently within a collaborative team.
• A polished, service-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in administrative support, sales support, hospitality, events, or customer service is preferred. Hotel, resort, catering, or group sales experience is a plus.
