Our Spa Concierge team is at the heart of it all!

As a Spa Concierge, you'll help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful experiences our guests have come to love.

• Create memorable first impressions. Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm.
• Make the little things matter. Anticipate guest needs, celebrate special occasions, and help every guest feel like a VIP.
• Be the voice of hospitality. Answer calls professionally, assist with reservations, and help guests discover our services and amenities.
• Keep the experience seamless. Support daily spa operations, maintain our beautiful environment, and help everything run smoothly.
• Be part of something special. Work alongside a dedicated team that values excellence, teamwork, and taking care of one another.

You don't need previous spa experience to be successful here. We're happy to teach you The Woodhouse Way. What matters most is the professionalism, reliability, and positive energy you bring to our team.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Is naturally friendly, outgoing, and enjoys helping others
• Is dependable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail
• Communicates with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Takes initiative and enjoys staying productive
• Appreciates an upscale environment and high standards of service
• Is comfortable learning new technology and handling multiple priorities

• Is available to work weekends and at least one evening
