OverviewWe are seeking a Branch and Loan Support Training Specialist to lead the creation, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for our Branch Support Desk and Loan Support Desk teams. This role is responsible for developing onboarding programs, ongoing training initiatives, and maintaining policies and procedures. You will collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify skill gaps, design targeted training solutions, and ensure consistent processes across the organization.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own and manage all training programs for Branch Support Desk and Loan Support Desk, including new hire and ongoing development.
- Partner with team leaders and managers to assess training needs and bridge skill gaps.
- Create and deliver engaging training content through multiple channels.
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and training guides.
- Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate training events, calendars, and logistics for on-site and off-site sessions.
- Support conversion and acquisition training as needed.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services and/or training.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
- 2+ years in Branch Support Desk or Loan Support Desk preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bank products, services, and policies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to pass a background & credit check.
- This is a full‑time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Up to 30%.
Pay RangeUSD $42,061.00 - USD $64,465.00 /Yr.
