Position OverviewThe Warehouse Management System Support Analyst will provide on‑site support to Supply Chain and Corporate users of the Manhattan Associates WMOS (Warehouse Management Open Systems) application software at the Savannah Distribution Center, while also providing remote support to additional distribution centers as needed. This role serves as a key resource in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues that impact the flow of merchandise to stores.
Responsibilities- Respond to Service Now incidents, ensuring detailed notes are added and specific requests are addressed within a timely manner.
- Partner with Operations and WMS System Analysts to troubleshoot and optimize operational processes.
- Execute configuration changes in WMOS across multiple DC servers and update configuration logs.
- Monitor Outlook inbox, respond quickly to reported issues and data requests using SQL.
- Provide on‑ and off‑hour warehouse management support as necessary for East and West Coast operations.
- Monitor alerts and reports, work with DC Supply Chain to resolve known WMS gaps or issues.
- BA/BS preferred or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree with a progressive track record in distribution, logistics and/or manufacturing environments.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS).
- 5+ years of experience in a high‑volume retail distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of WMOS and related warehouse management system functionality, with the ability to support configuration, troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Strong research, analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently at a high level on all phases of business process design and analysis.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Solid understanding of supply chain business processes, including inbound, outbound and all DC activities, and how they interrelate.
- Ability to collaborate across departments, shifts and distribution centers to elicit, document and validate business requirements spanning multiple functional areas.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of SQL (Oracle) for data analysis and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong critical thinking, decision‑making and follow‑through skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi‑task, manage competing priorities and respond quickly to urgent requests in a constantly changing environment.
- Demonstrated success as a cross‑functional team member who can take initiative with minimal direction.
