We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Scrum Master to join our team and help drive the success of our agile initiatives. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and guide teams toward continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative and productive environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines, helping to create a culture of accountability and transparency.
The ideal candidate has a passion for agile practices, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to coach teams through the complexities of the Scrum framework.

General comment on degrees:
Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree. Some contracts give credit for a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodology
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to remove impediments and blockers
- Ability to manage and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
- Expertise in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Proficiency in facilitating sprint planning and reviews
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of backlog management and prioritization
- Experience in risk management and mitigation
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean)
- Familiarity with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
- Experience with distributed or remote teams
- Ability to drive team motivation and morale
- Understanding of Dev Ops practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD
