General comment on degrees:
Most contracts allow additional experience (4‑5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4‑5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.
- Develop custom forensic scripts for analysis
- Automate data extraction and parsing tasks
- Collaborate with forensic analysts to identify scripting needs
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing scripts
- Document and maintain script libraries
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in forensics
- Proficiency in Python or Power Shell
- Knowledge of forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, FTK)
- Familiarity with file system structures and data recovery techniques
- Experience with data acquisition from various sources
- Understanding of digital evidence handling best practices
- Ability to analyze and interpret log files and system data
- Experience with malware analysis tools
- Knowledge of network forensics and packet analysis
- Familiarity with reverse engineering techniques
- Experience with memory analysis and forensics
- Understanding of cloud-based forensics
- Ability to integrate scripts with enterprise forensic systems
