The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company is currently seeking a life field sales representative for the Madison area. This area includes all of Georgia. Candidates should reside within this area.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

• grow life insurance premiums in assigned territory
• serve as the primary Cincinnati Life contact for agencies in your assigned territory
• act as the subject matter expert in all areas of life insurance products and services
• promote life insurance products and services in your territory
• develop, maintain and grow productive business relationships in your territory
• assist agencies with marketing of Cincinnati's products and services

Qualified candidates are business professionals who specialize in life insurance and have:

• the ability to obtain a solid knowledge of Cincinnati Life's products and services
• a proactive work ethic and the capacity to work with a sense of urgency
• the ability to establish excellent working relations with headquarters associates, field associates and agency personnel
• proficient verbal and written communication skills
• an attentiveness to detail and good organizational skills
• good decision making and critical thinking skills
• the capacity to multitask
• field representative experience
