Transactional Attorney - Trust​/Estate

Base Pay Range

$80,000/yr - $130,000/yr

We’re partnering with a well‑established, client‑focused law firm to add a Junior Transactional Attorney to its Trusts & Estates practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a newer attorney who wants hands‑on experience, strong mentorship, and long‑term growth in estate planning and related transactional work.

• Hands‑on mentorship from experienced Trusts & Estates attorneys

• Assist with drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
• Support probate and estate administration matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Help review and organize client financial and estate planning information
• Communicate with clients under the guidance of senior attorneys
• Participate in client meetings and planning discussions as experience grows

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Georgia (or pending admission)
• 0–3 years of experience (trusts & estates exposure a plus, but not required)
• Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail
• Interest in estate planning, trusts, and transactional work
• Professional, client‑focused demeanor
• Willingness to learn and grow within the practice

• Prior coursework or internship experience in Trusts & Estates
• Experience with probate or estate administration
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
