Attorney Position in Georgia

Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their client's dynamic litigation team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to engage in civil litigation, including case analysis, discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and trial work.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
• Develop case strategies and communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• 2-7 years of litigation experience preferred (medical malpractice or complex tort experience a plus).
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional oral advocacy and courtroom presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-focused representation.

Benefits

Competitive salary ranging from $50 to $72 per hour.
