What You'll Do

As a Partner, you'll lead sophisticated legal work, influence firm direction, and expand your practice with full back-end operational support.

Your responsibilities may include:

Advising clients across IP, regulatory IP, and complex technical industries

Driving business development and growing a high-value book of business

Leading complex, multi-dimensional client engagements

Collaborating with attorneys, agents, and technical specialists

Managing your own docket with full autonomy

Building and mentoring a team (if desired)

Contributing to a high-touch, high-service client culture

Requirements

Who You Are

You're a dynamic attorney with the drive to grow a practice, mentor others, and play a key leadership role in a firm that values innovation and collaboration. You "play well in the sandbox," thrive in a virtual-first environment, and bring deep technical and legal experience in one or more of the following areas:

Ideal Specializations

✨ Intellectual Property

✨ Corporate or Adjacent Regulatory IP

✨ Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Deep Learning

5-10+ years of experience required

Portable book of business preferred:

- Ideal: $2.5MM+

- Open to $1.5MM for exceptional candidates

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is structured to reward performance, transparency, and long‑term success.

Highlights

Base salary determined by practice, portability & profitability

50/50 split on earnings above a 20% margin

Annual bonus determined by 11/15 (based on annualized year-end profit margins)

Salary increases each January

Equitable overhead distribution based on billables

75% medical coverage

6% 401(k) match

$5,000 529 education match
