Pay and Benefits- Starting salary of $20 per hour depending on experience

- Monday – Friday every week, 5am to 5pm
- Saturday 7am‑11am
- Work is performed at our landfill in Homer, GA
- Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintain accurate records.
- Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment.
- Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as per guidelines for operating and maintaining vehicles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.
- Preferred:
At least 3 years of operating heavy equipment. Must know how to drive a manual transmission.

- Able to problem‑solve while working independently.
- Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (e.g., keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) most of the workday.
- Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 30 pounds occasionally.
- Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (e.g., cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals) rarely.
- Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday.
- Normal setting for this job is a shop or field.
