• Monday – Friday every week, 5am to 5pm
• Saturday 7am‑11am
• Work is performed at our landfill in Homer, GA

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintain accurate records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment.
• Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as per guidelines for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.
• Preferred:
  At least 3 years of operating heavy equipment. Must know how to drive a manual transmission.

• Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (e.g., keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) most of the workday.
• Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 30 pounds occasionally.
• Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (e.g., cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals) rarely.
• Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday.
• Normal setting for this job is a shop or field.
