Position:Warehouse Equipment Engineer

Employment Type:
Full-Time Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000 Annual Base Salary + Annual Performance Bonus What You’ll Do
- Automation Project Implementation:
Assist in planning and executing warehouse automation projects, including the installation, implementation, commissioning, and integration of new equipment with existing warehouse operations and systems. - SOP Development & Training:
Develop and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the operation and maintenance of automated equipment. Provide training to operators to ensure safe, standardized, and efficient equipment usage. - Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automated equipment. Respond promptly to equipment abnormalities and issues to ensure stable and reliable operations. - Equipment Performance & Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify factors affecting efficiency and reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment utilization, improve operational efficiency, and reduce downtime. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
