Job Description
:
Material Control Specialist positions offered byHL Mando America Corporation(Hogansville, Georgia).Responsible for material orders, inventory levels, and supplier communications to support production schedules. Maintain accurate BOM and ERP records; coordinate EO changes and new program launches. Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and cost control.
Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Managing material orders
- Maintaining optimal stock levels or reconciling ERP and system records with actual inventory
- Collaborating with engineering, production, and logistics teams to support EO changes, new product launches, and process improvements
Must have training, education or experience in each of the following:
- Issuing purchase orders, tracking supplier performance, and ensuring on-time deliveries
- Using ERP systems, and Excel for demand planning and inventory analysis
Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
