As a District Manager at CR Fitness, you will oversee multiple Crunch Fitness locations within your market. You will drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and develop leadership teams that deliver an exceptional member experience. The first six months involve mastering our systems and culture at the club level before transitioning into full multi-site leadership. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role for a results-oriented leader who enjoys growing both people and business.

• Drive sales, revenue growth, and member retention.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performance leadership teams.

• Ensure operational excellence and accountability across all clubs.

Note:

This role requires spending at least 6 months working inside a single club to master culture and systems before transitioning to multi-site leadership.

• Proven multi-site leadership experience (fitness industry strongly preferred).
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Ability to recruit, inspire, and retain top talent.
