Our client is a leading outdoor power equipment company with multiple locations across the southeastern US, specializing in the sale, rental and service of outdoor lawn and handheld equipment. While in hyper‑growth mode, we are searching for a General Manager to join the leadership team and drive operational excellence and dealership expansion during this exciting growth phase.

• Multi-Location Operational Leadership...oversee performance and profitability across multiple dealership locations, ensuring elevated customer service standards, operational consistency, and scalable infrastructure.
• Customer & Commercial Market Development...build and sustain high-value relationships with commercial landscapers, contractors, municipalities, and enterprise accounts to drive market share, loyalty, and recurring revenue.
• Product & Market Expertise & Service Excellence...leverage deep knowledge of the OPE market to guide sales strategy, service excellence, staff training, and product positioning for both retail and commercial segments.
• Growth & Expansion Strategy / Team Development...identify, evaluate, and support the acquisition of new store locations, contributing to market expansion and strengthening regional presence... while developing high-performing individuals across sales and service teams
• Sales and Revenue Strategy / Brand Engagement...Design and execute revenue growth strategies, targeting both retail and commercial channels while maximizing margins and enhancing customer lifetime value... build Brand and Marketing presence in the Region through partnerships and outreach.
• Financial Performance Oversight...ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for all locations; P&L performance; identify opportunities for growth and acquisition.
