We are seeking a Shop Foreman to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our facility, including equipment maintenance and personnel management. You will be responsible for training employees and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Shop Foreman or a history of strong leadership.

• Ensure all employees follow safety regulations
• Meet with all employees for regular performance reviews
• Deliver feedback to management
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance
• Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment
• Maintain adequate levels of inventory and reorder as needed
• Create employee schedules
• Other administrative tasks as necessary

• Previous experience as a Shop Foreman or similar position is preferred
• Foreman training or certification is preferred
• Deep understanding of work optimization methods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
