• Support valet operations by ensuring efficient vehicle flow and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Assist with staff management and supervise daily valet operations.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to the team and Account/City Manager.
• Ensure equipment setup, supplies, and staging areas are prepared for operations.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll processes, punches, and vehicle counts for accurate submissions.
• Maintain safety and compliance, manage key handling, and submit incident reports as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented environment focused on accountability, safety, and operational excellence.
• Work 40+ hours on-site at assigned accounts.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training modules on time.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  High school diploma or GED; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred; management or leadership training/certifications preferred.
• Certificates and Licenses:
  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years; clean background check.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent guest service, professional communication, active listening, and ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Other:
  Willingness to work flexible hours; ability to work on-site in parking environments; ability to lift moderate weights when necessary.

• Compensation: $10.50 per hour plus daily cash tips (rates may vary by market). Tips based on service performance and customer interactions.
