HVAC Service Manager

• Location: Oakwood, Georgia, United States (On-Site)
• Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits (Good-faith estimated range)

The Contractor Consultants is recruiting an HVAC Service Manager for a commercial mechanical services contractor in Oakwood, GA. You will direct field service technicians, oversee customer service agreements, and drive departmental profitability.

• Department Leadership:
  Manage, schedule, and lead a team of commercial HVAC field service technicians.
• Service Operations:
  Oversee dispatching, emergency repair response times, and preventive maintenance contract execution.
• Customer Relationships:
  Act as primary contact for commercial facility managers, presenting repair proposals and equipment replacements.
• Financial Performance:
  Manage service department P&L, billable technician hours, gross margins, and parts inventory.
• Technical Mentorship:
  Provide technical troubleshooting guidance on chillers, rooftop units, boilers, and building automation controls.

• Education
  :
  Technical degree in HVAC/R, mechanical trades, or equivalent field experience.
• Licensure
  : EPA Universal Certification required;
  State HVAC Contractor License preferred.
• Experience
  : 5+ years of HVAC service management or lead technician experience in commercial mechanical systems.
• Skills
  :
  Strong leadership, customer service, diagnostic acumen, and dispatch software experience.
