** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and material handling to support plant operations
* Assist with equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation
* Operate mobile equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and forklifts as needed
* Monitor and report any safety or operational issues to supervisors
* Support production teams with tasks that ensure continuous plant operation

*** Demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork
* Ability to operate or learn to operate mobile and plant equipment
* Willingness to work in a physically demanding and outdoor environment
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies and safety standards
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
