Overnight Shift
We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing production teams, meeting output goals, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop associates to meet production, safety, and quality objectives
- Manage schedules, staffing, and performance reporting
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Foster a collaborative, results-focused team culture
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision/management with at least 3 years of official leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and business operations
