Location: Blairsville
The Order Management Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This position supports Production Scheduling to maintain a smooth order flow from entry to fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities- Enter and validate customer orders in the ERP system
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure on‑time delivery
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with scheduling department regarding order updates
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems and order processing
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Familiarity with manufacturing or supply‑chain operations preferred
