As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist, you’ll drive efficiency, quality, and performance across manufacturing operations at Lindsay Windows. This role blends hands‑on manufacturing experience with data‑driven problem solving in a fast‑paced environment where teamwork and results matter.

• Actively participate in daily production meetings and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Analyze workstation performance and recommend practical, data‑backed improvements
• Gather, interpret, and report on performance issues while maintaining trend data
• Communicate regularly with line associates and leaders on improvement initiatives and progress
• Partner with Production Leaders to ensure line and departmental metrics are achieved
• Conduct process assessments, develop standard work, and lead root cause analysis efforts

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with a strong Continuous Improvement / Lean focus
• Hands‑on experience with 5S, value stream mapping, standard work, and visual management
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel 25%+ to Lindsay Windows locations
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
