Sanitation Manager (Night Shift)
We are seeking a full‑time Sanitation Manager to join our team at our Georgia processing plant. This role will have a direct impact on product safety and compliance.

This is a full‑time night shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Type of Candidate We’re Looking For- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sanitation management within a food processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, USDA, FDA, HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and sanitation best practices.
- Experience leading a team and training employees in sanitation, safety procedures, and safe chemical handling.
- Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sanitation management software.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
Your day‑to‑day as a Sanitation Manager will involve leading and supporting the sanitation team, ensuring all cleaning procedures meet USDA, FDA, OSHA, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP requirements. You will manage schedules, oversee chemical and equipment use, and make sure the team follows all safety and hygiene standards. You will conduct inspections and audits, identify issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
You will also partner closely with Production and QA to maintain a clean and safe facility without disrupting operations. Staying current on industry regulations, maintaining accurate sanitation records, and continuously looking for process improvements will also be key parts of your role.
