Maintenance Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum production quantity and quality
• Support the policies, goals, and objectives of the company
• Plan and schedule project timelines, order parts
• Constant monitoring of processes for improvement activity
• Assist and participate in new model equipment specifications, implementation, validation, and process development
• Ensure efficient manpower balance
• Encourage associates continuous improvement ideas
• Monitoring spare parts inventory and daily maintenance consumables
• Work with purchasing/vendors on cost efficiencies

• Associates Degree (AS) from an accredited Technical School; or one to two years of related technical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
