Ranew's is seeking EXPERIENCED Fabricators / MIG Welders to join our team in Milner, GA.

• Location: Milner, GA
• Salary: $18 - $25 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)
• Job Type: Full-Time | Weekend Shift

• Weld metal components using the MIG welding process.
• Able to operate hand grinders, band saw, handheld torch and plasma cutter, and other welding related tools.
• Be able to lift heavy objects of 50-100lbs frequently.
• Experience using overhead crane and forklifts to move heavy large objects.
• Must be able to read a tape measure standard and metric (Applicant will be asked to do so in the interview).
• Be able to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Able to take instruction from supervisor written or verbal.
• Must work well with others in a fast-paced production environment.
• Inspect work for accuracy and defects.
• Must be reliable with good time management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.

• Minimum 2 years of welding/fabrication experience.
• Experience with MIG welding.
• Ability to read a tape measure (standard and metric).
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Ability to operate hand grinders, band saw, handheld torch, plasma cutter, and related tools.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs frequently.
• Experience with overhead crane and forklifts is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
