• Pack and secure products for shipment using wooden crates, pallets, and corrugated boxes.
• Follow work orders, packing instructions, or blueprints to package freight correctly.
• Build and reinforce crates and pallet structures using basic hand tools and power tools.
• Apply wrapping, strapping, bracing, and cushioning materials to protect items during transit.
• Accurately label and document packed goods for shipping and inventory purposes.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move and position freight as needed.
• Inspect packed freight to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized packaging area.
• Comply with all safety protocols and Chem-Aqua Policies and Procedures.

• Complete special tasks set forth by the Manufacturing Supervisor.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office a plus.

• Must have physical strength and ability to lift up to 40 pounds and carry such a weight for 100 feet.
• Must have good visual ability for close‑up observations.
• Must have good depth perception and ability to distinguish different colors.
• Must have hearing sufficient to hear verbal and audible signals at a moderate distance.
• Must be conditioned to sustain work in a manufacturing environment that ranges in temperature from 55°F to 95°F.

• Must have a valid Georgia State Drivers License.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Must have writing ability sufficient to write correspondence.
• Must have good communication skills to work cooperatively with company employees.
• Employees are required upon hire to pass a Background Check and Drug Test.
