The owner profiling and welding beams on an automated line. Responsible for profiling (cutting and shaping) steel beams according to precise specifications, then welding them on an automated production line- ensuring quality, dimensional accuracy, and safe operation throughout the entire process.

• Profiling and welding beams on an automated production line, ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Ensure that all beam welds meet the quality standards defined by EN 1090 Execution Class
  
  C.
• Follow quality, production, and safety procedures; 5S audits; and ERP- and software-based quality controls.
• Maintenance and basic repair tasks on welding robots and related line equipment.

• Production: roll forming line + welding line with robots
• Quality: slide gauge, meter, bench and measuring station, automatic weld control camera and hook control camera
• Nibbler to cut coil beginnings; tools for production changes

• Profiling and welding beams on an automated line with attention to safety and quality control
• Quality control responsibilities: visual weld inspections, measurements, and documentation
• Read profile maps; interpret dimensions; adjust profiles and welding as required
• Basic maintenance and repair on welding robots and related equipment
• Familiarity with ERP and quality-control software

• Production workshop: noise, coil handling, welding (arc welding, fumes)
• Exposure to noise and welding-related hazards; manual handling of coils and materials

• Follow ERP software encoding for quality control and throughput
• 5S audits performed according to instructions
