A Machine Operator sets up, operates, and maintains various types of machinery to produce pieces or perform specific tasks according to established procedures and quality standards. The operator ensures safe and efficient operation and troubleshoots issues as they arise.

• Operate and control machinery per standard operating procedures and production schedules.
• Set up machines before production, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment.
• Monitor output for quality and consistency, perform inspections, and make necessary adjustments.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents; report safety issues to supervisor.
• Maintain production output records, machine settings, and logs.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to resolve production issues.
• Maximize machine productivity and minimize downtime by optimizing settings and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a related industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of machine operation.

• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment control panels.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
