Pay Band: $17.28 - $20.43, plus shift differential

• Read and follow instructions on Operator Instructions at work station.
• Record production and inspection data manually or in electronic storage devices.
• Operate secondary operation equipment or perform secondary operations to molded components.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co‑workers.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Train other operators as authorized.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• Above average electromechanical abilities, language and math skills typically evidenced by a high school diploma and vocational training.
• Good computer and communication skills.

• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Maneuver in, around and under factory or laboratory equipment on a regular, continuous basis.
• Stand, walk, lift and bend for some portion of work time.
• Work within an automotive component manufacturing office and laboratory setting, with exposure to heat, cold and fumes/chemicals.
