Die Cutter Operator
Pay: $18–$30/hr
We're hiring an experienced Die Cutter Operator to run die cutting equipment (with blanking capability) and help produce top-quality folding cartons. If you're skilled, safety-focused, and want to join a strong production team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Operate and troubleshoot die cutter machines
- Perform make-ready adjustments (dies, register, pressure)
- Maintain machine speed, quality, and clear jams
- Inspect finished product for accuracy
- Follow all safety and quality standards (ISO, cGMP, HACCP)
- Assist in training and guiding team members
- 3+ years offline die cutting experience (folding cartons)
- Experience with die cutters that have blanking capability
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Basic math/computer skills; strong communication
- Willing to rotate shifts and work overtime as needed
