Die Cutter Operator
Salary: $35.00/hr - $42.00/hr, depending on experience. Full‑time, permanent position. Relocation assistance offered. Benefits include yearly bonuses, overtime eligibility, and comprehensive benefits from day one.
Responsibilities- Operating and maintaining die cutting machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Troubleshooting any machinery issues that arise and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards in all operations.
- Producing high-quality folding cartons, ensuring precision in cutting and folding processes.
- Regularly inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure production goals are met.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Providing regular reports on machine performance and production output.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience operating die cutting machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and their application in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality folding cartons.
- Solid understanding of cutting processes and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
