• Operating and maintaining die cutting machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Troubleshooting any machinery issues that arise and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards in all operations.
• Producing high-quality folding cartons, ensuring precision in cutting and folding processes.
• Regularly inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure production goals are met.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
• Providing regular reports on machine performance and production output.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience operating die cutting machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and their application in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality folding cartons.
• Solid understanding of cutting processes and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
