  • Competitive Pay:
    • 1st Shift
      • 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
      • $20.00/hour starting
      • $23.86/hour after completion of level 1 (around 90 days)
    • 3rd Shift
      • 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
      • $22.00/hour starting
      • $25.86/hour after completion of level 1 (around 90 days)

Responsibilities
  • Operate extrusion presses and related equipment
  • Inspect products for quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Promote and practice workplace safety
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to operate various machines
  • Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Safety Commitment
