As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist
, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and performance across our manufacturing operations at Lindsay Windows
. This role blends hands‑on manufacturing experience with data‑driven problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment where teamwork and results matter.

You’ll work closely with production teams to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, and build sustainable improvements that help our people and processes perform at their best.

What You’ll Do:
  • Actively participate in daily production meetings and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
  • Analyze workstation performance and recommend practical, data‑backed improvements
  • Gather, interpret, and report on performance issues while maintaining trend data
  • Communicate regularly with line associates and leaders on improvement initiatives and progress
  • Partner with Production Leaders to ensure line and departmental metrics are achieved
  • Conduct process assessments, develop standard work, and lead root cause analysis efforts
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with a strong Continuous Improvement / Lean focus
  • Hands‑on experience with 5S, value stream mapping, standard work, and visual management
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Willingness to travel 25%+ to Lindsay Windows locations
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
