Responsibilities:

• Operate block‑making machine with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Clean, inspect, and maintain the block machine daily.
• Communicate issues or needed repairs to the plant manager to keep the plant running effectively.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and plant repairs as needed.
• Operate rolling equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean and enjoyable work environment.
• Assist in end‑of‑shift plant cleanup.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating heavy machinery (preferred).
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
