Our Hartwell, Georgia, factory measures an impressive 500,000 square feet. It represents our most versatile facility to date, enabling us to switch product lines with greater speed and efficiency. Together, we take immense pride in producing and distributing the brands that our customers trust and that bring joy to pets' lives. We support local pet shelters and rescue efforts, as well as engage in education and hunger relief programs, ensuring that we make a positive impact beyond our factory walls. We also are doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including daily logs, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Respond promptly to any safety incidents or emergencies, following established protocols and reporting procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pretreatment plant and surrounding areas.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and adherence to environmental regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent OR 5 years’ experience in waste water management.
- 2+ years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations.
Approximate hourly pay for this position is $31.58. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
