Production Team Member (2nd Shift) - Ellabell, GA
We are hiring a Production Team Member for our 2nd shift at Ellabell, GA. This role is on‑site and requires working overtime, job rotation, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental systems. Job Description- Perform work requirements in the automotive manufacturing environment to meet manufacturing and quality goals.
- Comply with and promote company practices in safety, human relations, quality, cost, housekeeping, and delivery targets.
- Collaborate with team members, leaders, and management to coordinate production flow.
- Attend all required training sessions.
- Resolve quality issues, implement repair/containment procedures, and notify management in a timely manner.
- Work overtime and participate in job rotation as needed.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with BMS, EMS, and SMS requirements.
- Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 25–30 pounds.
- Manual dexterity for handling power tools, equipment, or machinery.
- Operation in noisy, hot environments or requiring PPE.
- Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment.
- Learn and work on multiple processes when applicable.
- Visual and auditory detection of safety hazards.
- Prompt, regular attendance.
- Team environment work.
Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration.
Qualifications / What You Will Bring- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: 2‑year technical degree.
- Preferred: 1–3 years relevant job experience.
