Hourly Rate: $21.72 to start; $22.00 at 90 Days

• Follow all safety protocols.
• Participate in pre and post shift meetings.
• Maintain department housekeeping standards.
• Complete STOP observations as needed.
• Have complete understanding of company quality standards and standard tolerances.
• Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap- less than 1.5%.
• Maintain acceptable levels of customer returns- less than 0.5%.

• Must be willing to work any shift assigned.
• Minimum of 1 Year Manufacturing Experience desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English;
  Good verbal communications skills a plus.
• Must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs. With a partner on a repetitive basis.
• Successful score on job skills assessment. Will be assessed by internal or external sources to verify job skills, as well as reading and math comprehension.

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Leadership skills a plus.
• Team player: ability to work as a team.
• Self-starter.
• Adaptable to change.
• Ability to prioritize needs.
• Must have ability to work at a fast pace.
