RMC Area Manager

Lead and develop plant and operations teams to achieve safety, quality, service, and performance objectives. Drive operational excellence across multiple ready-mix concrete locations through effective planning, resource management, and execution. Partner with sales, dispatch, and operational leaders to optimize customer service and strengthen market performance. Champion a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. Monitor key business metrics and implement strategies that improve productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing operational teams across multiple locations. Strong business acumen with the capability to drive operational performance, manage budgets, and achieve business objectives. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with employees, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills in a fast-paced operating environment. Commitment to safety, compliance, and fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.

Primarily work in ready-mix concrete plant and office environments with frequent travel between locations. Regular interaction with employees, customers, vendors, and operational leaders. Exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, noise, dust, and other typical industrial environments. Must be able to visit operational sites and safely navigate active production and construction environments.

Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900 annually and participation in our annual incentive plan. 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.
