Martin Sprocket & Gear is seeking a Finishing Equipment Operator to join our team in a manufacturing environment. You will follow process sheets, set up fixtures, and operate machines such as lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNCs to produce quality parts.
You will inspect finished components for tolerances and maintain a clean, safe work area with proper PPE. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read English instructions, physical stamina, and collaboration with team members
