Production Technician positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Hogansville, Georgia). Responsible for supporting the maintenance and stable operation of automated production lines for PPACK, REPS, and STO product assembly. Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of automated production lines including robotic, servo motor, and press-fit systems. Monitor and support assembly equipment such as bolt assembly units and control systems operated by PLC and PC interfaces.

Conduct quality checks, assist with defect investigation, and document daily production and maintenance activities. Perform part inspections and rework as needed based on quality or operational issues. Assist with consumable parts tracking and replacement of faulty components. Support operator training by providing basic guidance on robotic and automated machinery usage. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in the production environment.

• Requires 1 year of experience working in a production or assembly environment
• Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
  • Working with production safety and preventive maintenance practices
  • Reading technical manuals or equipment diagrams
• Must have demonstrated proficiency in the following:
  • Working with automated machinery operations and performing troubleshooting
  • Working with robotic systems, servo motors, and PLC/PC-controlled equipment
  • Working with bolt assembly and press-fit equipment
  • Performing basic inspections and rework tasks
• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
