ADM is seeking an entry-level Production Specialist for our Dawson, GA plant. You will help sanitize, operate processing equipment and support packaging, with rotating 12-hour shifts including days and nights.
Starting pay is $14.50 per hour, with $1.50 more on night shifts. This role emphasizes sanitation, safety, teamwork and learning plant operations under supervision, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced production environment at ADM.
