Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director, perform nursing duties for the assigned unit or department. Plan, provide, and evaluate total nursing care according to our patient care philosophy. Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles, in accordance with departmental and hospital policies. Communicate effectively across shifts for continuity of care, maintain good relations with other departments, and participate in educational activities.

Qualifications

• 1.5 Years of Bedside Psychiatric Experience
• Associate degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Handle with Care Certification or CPI within 90 days of hire (preferred)
• ACLS (Preferred)

Licenses

Valid licensure in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse (RN) or multi-state/compact RN license.
