As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver skilled, compassionate, patient‑centered care directly in patients' homes. Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry‑level to highly experienced applicants.

Shifts
Full‑time days or nights available. Some weekends required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in‑home nursing care to assigned patients
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of GA
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Must pass pre‑employment screenings
