• Support and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Oversee infection prevention, quality assurance, and staff education programs.
• Participate in audits, surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and model clinical excellence.

• Active Georgia RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience in infection prevention or staff education preferred.

• Monday–Friday with rotating on-call weekends.
