Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Leesburg

About the Position

We’re hiring full‑time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the 7 AM‑3 PM day shift. We’re also hiring PRN for the evening shift 3 PM‑11 PM.

Our pay range for CNAs starts at $15.75 per hour and increases with experience, capped at $18.15. Final rates are set at the facility after experience verification. Wage shift differentials apply for 2nd/3rd shifts. Pay is weekly on Fridays.

Responsibilities
  • Assists patients with activities of daily living.
  • Transports patients to and from dining areas and assists with their feeding.
  • Reports patient’s health, comfort, and safety observations such as skin integrity, elimination, care of pain, excessive sleep, etc.
  • Takes and records patient's temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and weight.
  • Provides emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Assists with administrative duties, including answering phones, call lights, answering doors, accommodating porch visits for patients.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Georgia.
  • Good communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and shift flexibility for day/evening.
  • Embrace the standards, values, and beliefs of the organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Capable of maintaining successful working relationships with patients, family members, supervisors, and fellow associates.
