💰 Pay: $33/hr – $58/hr (open for negotiation)

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives individualized treatment and attention.

You’ll play an essential role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care—making a real difference in your patients’ recovery and well-being every single day.

✅ Deliver exceptional, relationship-based nursing care focused on safety and quality outcomes.
✅ Collaborate effectively with physicians, care managers, and other healthcare professionals.
✅ Participate in patient education, interdisciplinary rounds, and shared governance initiatives.
✅ Uphold ethical nursing practices, compliance standards, and organizational values.
✅ Serve as a mentor and role model for peers, promoting a positive and professional work culture.
✅ Support performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and patient safety goals.

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
• License & Certifications:
  • Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required or within 6 months of hire
• Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, and collaboration skills.
