Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – 7AM to 7PM

Eastman Healthcare and Rehab Center in Eastman, GA is seeking an energetic Certified Nurse Aide with a go‑getter attitude to join our team.

Base Pay

$17.00/hr – $19.00/hr

Sign‑on Bonus

$3,000 Sign‑on Bonus

Position Description

Provide residents with routine daily nursing care delivered in a compassionate attitude and in accordance with our established nursing care procedures and philosophies as directed by supervisors.

Responsibilities

Perform daily routine nursing care.
Assist residents with ADLs.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Collaborate with nursing staff and support agencies.

Qualifications

Must be able to bend, walk, stand, lift, carry, push and handle equipment or patients exceeding 50 pounds.
Must function independently, have personal integrity, and work effectively with residents, employees, and support agencies.
Must have a current Georgia CNA License.
