Southern Health Partners (SHP) is a leader in correctional healthcare. We invite experienced, self‑motivated LPNs to join our team at Fannin County Jail as Full‑time LPN Medical Team Administrator. The role follows a Monday‑Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Base pay: $25.00 /hr–$27.00 /hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

• Coordinate daily medical operations and patient care within the facility.
• Provide direct nursing care while maintaining compliance with all clinical and correctional standards.
• Lead by example, supporting teamwork and promoting ethical, patient‑centered practices.
• Serve as a liaison between the facility, providers, and SHP leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication of medical needs.
