Submission Requirements:
FLU VACCINATION IS REQUIRED - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTEDUp to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in OR and documents travel experience.
2 recent OR Supervisor/Manager References Skills Checklist matching specialty
Current BLS, PALS, PEARS, CNOREMR REQUIRED- EPICRTO MUST be included at time of submission
* NICOTINE FREE FACILITY
* must be tested along with drug screen.
OR RNShift: Variable shifts - weekdays + weekends
Shifts vary 8, 10 or 12
Call required - 2 4's, 2 8's, 2 12's minimum per 6 weeks period.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes experience required
* NICOTINE FREE FACILITY
* must be tested with drug screen.
RTO must be on cover sheet.
CHOA REQUIRES the flu vaccination for the flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious). Please do not submit if your candidate cannot receive a flu vaccine
